To change the background color, select the form in Visual Studio and locate the BackColor property in the Properties panel. There are a number of ways to specify a color. Color by name - Simply type in a color name into the BackColor value field (for example Red, Yellow, Cyan etc).
Hi All, For reasons that I won't bore you with, I need to embed an Excel spreadsheet into a Visual Studio Windows Form. I'm actually trying to do this in VB.Net, but it could just as easily be a C#.Net project. When Visual Studio processes C# or VB projects, it will look for this property, and attempt to instantiate the COM class at a given GUID. If successful, it will add it as a property page. I was able to confirm this works in Visual Studio 2013 and 2015, not sure about the earlier editions.

Note: When you’ve modified a property sheet outside of Visual Studio, you need to close the solution(s) it belongs to and reopen them afterwards.
