May 17, 2015 · My guess would be that since students are usually out of school, and because the june one is at 1 instead of 8:30, people tend to score higher on those LSATs and hence, LSAC has to curve them harder. The December one is right in the middle of exams so that's probably why it's scaled the most leniently.
